DID YOU START TRAINING OVER A YEAR AGO?

We are very proud that our fees have not increased since we first began operating, over six years ago.  We now offer more services than ever.  However, our costs have continued to rise over the years.  In order to keep our fees at a total of $4000, we are implementing a “Continuing Program Support Fee”, effective May 1, 2009 for those individuals who are not interns and who began their PSTA more than a year ago.   Notices were posted in the offices on March 2008.

This fee will allow the individual to continue receiving all the services of the TEXAS ACP.  These services include support from program staff, test approval, computer lab access where applicable, access to State Representative tests where available, access to workshops, reviews, etc…

A $250 fee will be assessed per semester until the individual becomes an intern.

                                        Fall Semester:                          September 1 - December 31

                                       Spring Semester:                     January 1 - April 30

                                       Summer Semester:                  May 1 - August 30

STATE LEVEL CHANGES

As mentioned through our orientation and training sessions, many changes are constantly happening at the State level regarding required exams, deadlines and certification requirements.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for checking the program website as well as the SBEC and ETS websites on a regular basis.  Look for a section or sections in the ETS Test Registration Bulletin entitled with something like “changes” or “what’s new”. You must contact our offices if you have any questions.
